What are the key factors to consider in choosing a lead generation partner for technology leads. We are an IT services company aiming at the SME market. We have heard many horror stories of relationships that do not work out?!

Currently work with a couple of good realtors. However I am looking to add to my business fast, recently went throught a divroce. Any marketing/sales ideas???/

I would like to startup an online lead generation company. However, how does one go about getting mortgage brokers to signup for my service? ie., what are the best marketing methods?

To Clarify: I’m New (newly returning from the 2001 mortgage boom where all i had to do was ANSWER the phone) So, I have experience in the business. I’m coming back into the Mortgage business at a time where everyone has LEFT… but I think its a great time to dive back in. I’d like to do it RIGHT, this time. So i do have a plan to Prospect for FSBOs, Realtor relations, Finacial Advisors, builders & such. I have put together a website(KCmortgageGuy.com) , and done some guerilla Marketing to promote myself locally. I’m looking SPECIFICALLY for additional ideas and/or tactics on how to create OR generate Additional LEADS to cold call or contact daily to SUPPLEMENT what I’m already doing. I dont mind paying for quality leads or marketing, But I have found or am OF the OPINION that the Online Mortgage Lead vendors are double dipping OR at Least are No longer effective.

Compared to all the generation. I feel generation Y is by far the most educated and most intellectual generation. Thanks to the DOT COM ERA. This generation will lead to efficiency within global markets. Lead to more entrepreneurs on grand scale rather than a mom and pop store owner. We are definately something to be reckon with. I am having a problem finding buyers for the purchase leads. They are fresh and new and are real, meaning our Marketing gets the apps filled out by end user.
OK… so here’s the long and short of it I have excellent marketing champagne that is generating a killer amount of leads EVERYDAY! The problem is; my associate figured once the leads started to pour in (and they are! Yikes!) then the buyers would just come flocking to our site ready to purchase them… well, needless to say… the flocks not happening! Oops… anyway, just wondering if anyone else out there has been in this type of business before and has any advise… or if there are any brokers/lenders out there who could give me a little inside info on how the heck leads are generated within the industry (anonymously, of course) and if the leads are being purchased from an outside source… who are you buying from? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. I just can’t get over how many leads we have coming in daily… I’m failing big time not having the buyers for these guys! Help Please!
